Inland Real Estate Income Trust, (“Inland Income Trust”) was formed to acquire a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate located throughout the United States. Inland Income Trust intends to focus primarily on the acquisition of multi-tenant, necessity-based shopping centers falling generally into the category of neighborhood retail centers.

Inland Diversified    

Inland Diversified Real Estate Trust, Inc. ("Inland Diversified") was a public, non-listed real estate investment trust that owned a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate assets in various property categories, including: grocery-anchored shopping centers, necessity-based retail assets, single-tenant office and multi-family assets. Merged with Kite Realty July 2014.

Inland American    


Inland American Real Estate Trust, Inc. ("Inland American") focuses on acquiring and developing a diversified portfolio of commercial real estate located in the United States. The company also invests in joint ventures, development projects, real estate loans and marketable securities. Primary Offering Closed April 2009.Became self-managed March 2014.

 Retail Properties of America    

Retail Properties of America, Inc. (NYSE: RPAI) is a fully integrated, self-administered and self-managed real estate company that owns and operates high quality, strategically located shopping centers across 35 states.  Inland Retail    

Inland Retail Real Estate Trust, Inc. ("Inland Retail") was a publicly-registered, non-traded real estate investment trust that was formed in February 1999. On February 27, 2007, Inland Retail completed a merger with Developers Diversified Realty Corporation (NYSE: DDR). DDR acquired Inland Retail for a total merger consideration of $14.00 per share. The transaction had a total enterprise value of approximately $6.2 billion. Merged with DDR February 2007.


 Inland Real Estate Corporation    


Inland Real Estate Corporation (NYSE: IRC) is a self-administered and self-managed publicly traded real estate investment trust that owns and operates open-air neighborhood, community, power and lifestyle retail centers and single-tenant properties located primarily in the Midwestern United States.
