Daniel L. Goodwin
Chairman
Daniel L. Goodwin serves as Chairman of Inland Venture Partners. Mr. Goodwin has served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Inland Group, LLC since its founding. Mr. Goodwin also serves as a director or officer of several entities wholly-owned or controlled by The Inland Group, LLC. In addition, Mr. Goodwin has served as the chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Inland Mortgage Investment Corporation since March 1990 and chairman and chief executive officer of Inland Bancorp, Inc., a bank holding company, since January 2001. Mr. Goodwin has served as a director of IRC Retail Centers Inc. (formerly known as Inland Real Estate Corporation) (“IRC”), from 2001 until its merger in March 2016, and served as its chairman of the board from 2004 to April 2008. Mr. Goodwin has served as a director and the chairman of the board of Inland Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (“IREIT”) since July 2012 and of Inland Residential Properties Trust, Inc. (“IRPT”) since December 2013. Mr. Goodwin has served as Chairman of Inland InPoint Advisor, LLC since October 2016 (the “InPoint Advisor”).
Mr. Goodwin is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors, and was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Chicago Association of Realtors in 2005. He is also the author of a nationally recognized real estate reference book for the management of residential properties. Mr. Goodwin served on the Board of the Illinois State Affordable Housing Trust Fund. He served as an Advisor for the Office of Housing Coordination Services of the State of Illinois, and as a member of the Seniors Housing Committee of the National Multi-Housing Council. He has served as Chairman of the DuPage County Affordable Housing Task Force. Mr. Goodwin also founded New Directions Affordable Housing Corporation, a not for profit entity.
Mr. Goodwin holds a B.A. from Northeastern Illinois University and an M.A. from Northern Illinois University. Following graduation, he taught for five years in the Chicago Public Schools. Over the past twenty years, Mr. Goodwin served as a member of the Board of Governors of Illinois State Colleges and Universities, vice chairman of the Board of Trustees of Benedictine University, vice chairman of the Board of Trustees of Springfield College, and chairman of the Board of Trustees of Northeastern Illinois University.

Mitchell A. Sabshon
Chief Executive Officer
Mitchell A. Sabshon serves as Chief Executive Officer of Inland Venture Partners. Mr. Sabshon also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors of InPoint Commercial Real Estate Income, Inc. (“InPoint”), positions he has held since October 2016 and September 2016, respectively. Mr. Sabshon is also the Chief Executive Officer of the InPoint Advisor, a position he has held since August 2016. Mr. Sabshon has also served as a director and the Chief Executive Officer of IREIT, positions he has held since September 2014 and April 2014, respectively, and as a director of its business manager since October 2013. Mr. Sabshon is also currently the Chief Executive Officer, President and a director of IREIC, positions he has held since August 2013, January 2014 and September 2013, respectively. He is a director and the President and Chief Executive Officer of IRPT, and the IRPT business manager, positions he has held since December 2013. Mr. Sabshon has also served as a director of Inland Private Capital Corporation (“IPCC”) since September 2013 and a director of the Dealer Manager since January 2014. Prior to joining IREIC in August 2013, Mr. Sabshon served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Cole Real Estate Investments, Inc. (“Cole”), from November 2010 to June 2013. In this role, he was responsible for finance, asset management, property management, leasing and high yield portfolio management. He also worked on a broad range of initiatives across Cole, including issues pertaining to corporate and portfolio strategy, product development and systems. Prior to joining Cole in November 2010, Mr. Sabshon served as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of EndPoint Financial LLC, an advisory firm providing acquisition and finance advisory services to equity investors, from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Sabshon was a licensed person with The OBEX Group from April 2009 through November 2009. Mr. Sabshon served as Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President of GFI Capital Resources Group, Inc., a national owner-operator of multifamily properties, from 2007 to 2008. Prior to joining GFI, Mr. Sabshon served with Goldman Sachs & Company from 2004 to 2007 and from 1997 to 2002 in several key strategic roles, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Goldman Sachs Commercial Mortgage Capital and head of the Insurance Client Development Group. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Sabshon was Executive Director of the U.S. Institutional Sales Group at Morgan Stanley. Mr. Sabshon held various positions at Lehman Brothers Inc. from 1991 to 1997, including in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Sabshon was an attorney in the Corporate Finance and Real Estate Structured Finance groups of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. Mr. Sabshon holds a B.A. from George Washington University and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.

Roderick S. Curtis
President
Roderick S. Curtis serves as President of Inland Venture Partners (IVP), a subsidiary of Inland Investments, and President of each IVP-sponsored investment fund. Mr. Curtis is the Executive Vice President, Investment Funds, for Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation (Inland Investments) and also currently serves as President of Inland InPoint Advisor, LLC and Vice President and Secretary of InPoint Commercial Real Estate Income, Inc. Prior to joining IREIC, Mr. Curtis held positions with Pacific Office Properties/Priority Capital Investments, LLC, AmREIT, Inc. and DWS Scudder Investments. Mr. Curtis holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.

Ravi Bansal
Chief Investment Officer
Ravi Bansal is Chief Investment Officer of Inland Venture Partners. Mr. Bansal joined IREIC as Vice President—Investment Research and Product Development in August 2015. Mr. Bansal also serves as Senior Vice President of the InPoint Advisor, a position he has held since August 2016. Prior to joining IREIC, Mr. Bansal served as Underwriting Leader for GE Capital Real Estate Investment Management, LLC (“GE Capital Real Estate”), from October 2007 to August 2015 and as Senior Underwriter from August 2005 to October 2007. In these positions, Mr. Bansal was responsible for the underwriting and risk assessment of balance sheet and CMBS real estate transactions worth over $3.5 billion across specialized assets such as manufactured housing, hotels, low-income housing tax credits (“LIHTC”), and senior housing. Prior to his position at GE Capital Real Estate, he served as Senior Portfolio Analyst at the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (“Freddie Mac”), for one year, where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of $5 billion in LIHTC. Prior to Freddie Mac, Mr. Bansal held various positions in real estate finance at The Community Partners and Washington Business Group. Mr. Bansal holds a B.S. in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Johns Hopkins University.

Catherine L. Lynch
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Catherine L. Lynch serves as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Inland Venture Partners. Ms. Lynch joined Inland in 1989 and has been a Director of The Inland Group since June 2012. She serves as the Treasurer and Secretary (since January 1995), the Chief Financial Officer (since January 2011) and a Director (since April 2011) of IREIC and as a Director (since July 2000) and Treasurer and Secretary (since June 1995) of Inland Securities Corporation. Ms. Lynch serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for InPoint, positions she has held since October 2016, and the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the InPoint Advisor, positions she has held since August 2016. She has served as Chief Financial Officer of IREIT, since April 2014, and as a Director of its business manager since August 2011. She also has served as Chief Financial Officer of IRPT and as the Chief Financial Officer of its business manager, since December 2013. Ms. Lynch also has served as a Director and Treasurer of Inland Investment Advisors, Inc. from June 1995 to December 2014, as a Director and Treasurer of Inland Institutional Capital Partners Corporation from May 2006 to December 2014, as Treasurer of Inland Capital Markets Group, Inc. since January 2008 and as a Director of IPCC since May 2012. Ms. Lynch worked for KPMG Peat Marwick LLP from 1980 to 1989. Ms. Lynch received her bachelor degree in accounting from Illinois State University in Normal. Ms. Lynch is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society. Ms. Lynch also is registered with FINRA as a financial operations principal.

Matthew Conway
Vice President - Investments
Matthew Conway is the Vice President - Investments of Inland Ventures. Mr. Conway joined Inland Investments in 2019. Mr. Conway is primarily responsible for analyzing and underwriting investment opportunities. Prior to joining Inland Investments, Mr. Conway served as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch from 2016 to 2018. At Merrill, his primary responsibilities included co-managing investment portfolios of over $200 million in assets and performing investment research. Prior to his position at Merrill Lynch, Mr. Conway served as an investment analyst at Halderman Real Asset Management from 2014 to 2015. At Halderman, his primary responsibilities included sourcing and underwriting investment opportunities in the agricultural real estate sector in addition to leading the performance reporting for the company’s separately managed accounts. Mr. Conway holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Iowa and is a CFA Level 3 candidate.

Sandra L. Perion
Vice President
Sandra L. Perion is a Vice President of Inland Venture Partners. Ms. Perion joined Inland in 1994. Since September 2008, Ms. Perion has also serves as Senior Vice President of IREIC and Vice President of the Dealer Manager. Since May 2017, she has served as a director of the Dealer Manager. In addition, Ms. Perion has served as the Vice President of Operations of the business manager of IRPT since December 2013. Ms. Perion also serves as the Vice President of Operations of the InPoint Advisor, a position she has held since August 2016 and Vice President of the IREIT business manager, a position she has held since May 2019. Ms. Perion is responsible for the oversight of investment operations and investor services to ensure timely and accurate processing of investments as well as secure accessibility of account data provided to stockholders and financial advisors. She also serves as the operations liaison to the transfer agent for programs sponsored and managed by IREIC, and evaluates processing of investments, procedures, and programming needs to implement high quality service, regulatory compliance and accurate record keeping for the stockholders of programs sponsored and managed by IREIC. Prior to joining Inland, Ms. Perion worked in the banking and insurance industry. Ms. Perion holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 79 and 99 certifications and is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.

Cathleen M. Hrtanek
Secretary
Cathleen M. Hrtanek is the Secretary of Inland Venture Partners. Ms. Hrtanek joined Inland in 2005 and is currently an Assistant General Counsel and Vice President of The Inland Real Estate Group, LLC. In her capacity as Assistant General Counsel, Ms. Hrtanek represents many of the entities that are part of Inland on a variety of legal matters. Ms. Hrtanek also serves as the Secretary of the InPoint Advisor, a position she has held since August 2016. Ms. Hrtanek has served as the Secretary of Inland Opportunity Business Manager & Advisor, Inc. since April 2009, Secretary of IRPT and its business manager since December 2013 and Secretary of IREIT and its business manager since August 2011. Ms. Hrtanek has also served as the Secretary of Inland Diversified Real Estate Trust, Inc. from September 2008 through July 2014 and its business manager from September 2008 through March 2016, and as the Secretary of IPCC from August 2009 to May 2017. Prior to joining Inland, Ms. Hrtanek had been employed by Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon LLP in Chicago, Illinois since September 2001. Ms. Hrtanek has been admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois and holds a B.A. in Political Science and French from the University of Notre Dame and a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
