Inland Venture Partners, LLC (Inland Venture Partners) is a subsidiary business entity of Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation that was formed to deliver opportunistic, value-add and development real estate strategies to investors. Inland is one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate and finance groups with more than 50 years of experience and extensive market knowledge in the areas of leasing, asset and property management, development, acquisition, finance, underwriting and due diligence.

Inland Venture Partners seeks to create value by leveraging Inland’s core capabilities, proven acquisition track record, and decades of financing expertise to increase operational efficiency, reposition targeted assets, and identify market opportunities to drive returns for investors. Inland Venture Partners plans to acquire properties on its balance sheet, when appropriate, and syndicate interests through a series of closed-end funds.
