Our Executive Leadership Team
Inland Investments' executive team – pioneers in commercial real estate, real estate investment and finance – are guided by Inland’s founding principles and responsible for driving our vision while developing investment solutions across the real estate spectrum.






Mr. Fries is responsible for leading the execution of Inland Investments’ long-term business strategy, remaining at the forefront of product innovations while delivering exceptional investor-centric real estate investment solutions. Mr. Fries oversees Inland Investments’ public and private investment platforms and drives the development of best-in-class retail investor-focused solutions leveraging its industry leading tax-advantaged strategies and deep, vertically integrated commercial real estate expertise.
Prior to joining Inland Investments, Mr. Fries was Head of Investment Products and Partner Solutions at Cetera Financial Group where he oversaw product due diligence, product management, and Cetera’s strategic partner program. Previously he served as the Chief Operating and Investment Officer for Questar Capital, where he was responsible for operational and investment functions and developed company strategies and management tactics. Earlier in his career, he was the Sales and Practice Development Manager for Securian Financial Services.
Mr. Fries holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and History from the University of Notre Dame and Master’s degrees from both the University of Wisconsin (MA) and the University of Minnesota (MBA). He possesses Series 4, 7, 24, 53, 55, 63 Securities Licenses.
He currently serves on the board of ADISA, served as Chair of the Institute for Portfolio Alternatives (IPA) and on the Alternative Investments Roundtable for the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA).
Catherine L. Lynch is Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and a Director of Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation (inland Investments). In this role Ms. Lynch oversees finances for Inland Investments and its subsidiaries. She also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Inland Securities Corporation, Inland Real Estate Income Trust, Inc., and InPoint Commercial Real Estate Income.
Ms. Lynch joined Inland in 1989 and was named a Director of The Inland Group in June 2012. Throughout her tenure she has served as a director and/or officer of a number of Inland Investments entities.
Prior to joining Inland, Ms. Lynch worked for KPMG Peat Marwick LLP. She is a certified public accountant and a member of the Illinois CPA Society. She is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) as a financial operations principal. Ms. Lynch holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois State University.
Mr. Collins joined Inland Securities Corporation (“ISC”) as Head of Global Wealth in March 2026. In this role, he is responsible for expanding the firm’s global presence in the private wealth markets, advancing Inland’s financial advisory platform strategy, strengthening distribution capabilities, optimizing operational performance, and maintaining an integrated approach to serving advisors and investors. He oversees investment securities sales and investor operations, providing strategic alignment focused on delivering superior client experience and execution excellence.
Mr. Collins has more than 25 years of experience across investment sales and operations. Prior to joining Inland, he served as a Managing Director on the Capital Formation team at Hunter Point Capital. Previously, he was a Partner and Managing Director at Easterly Asset Management, where he served as Head of Distribution, leading sales efforts and managing relationships with wirehouses, family offices, registered investment advisors, pensions, endowments and foundations, and insurance companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Collins served as Executive Managing Director at Kennedy Wilson, an international real estate investment firm, where he led investor relations, and was also a member of Blackstone’s inaugural Private Wealth Solutions sales team.
Mr. Collins holds a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo, as well as an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester Simon Business School.
Denise Kramer, CFA, serves as Senior Vice President for Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation (Inland Investments). Ms. Kramer also serves as Chief Operating Officer and Lead Portfolio Manager of IPC Alternative Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. (ALT REIT), Inland’s public, non-listed, monthly-valued, perpetual-life real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on alternative real estate sectors. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing ALT REIT’s day-to-day operations and ensuring the efficient management of its real estate portfolio. Ms. Kramer works closely with other executive team members to execute the REIT's strategic vision, optimize asset performance, and drive operational excellence. Ms. Kramer also serves as Chief Executive Officer and a director of Inland’s commercial mortgage REIT.
Ms. Kramer began her career with Inland in 2016, serving as Senior Vice President, Investment Product Research for Inland Securities Corporation, Inland Investment’s affiliated broker dealer. Prior to joining Inland, Ms. Kramer served as Director of Investment Research at Advisor Group from January 2010 to August 2016 where she was responsible for the oversight of due diligence on all packaged products made available on Advisor Group’s platforms.
Ms. Kramer has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Maine and a master’s degree in finance from Northeastern University, she holds Series 7 and 66 licenses with FINRA and is a CFA Charterholder.
David E. Kasprzak is the Executive Vice President – National Sales Manager of Inland Securities Corporation (ISC). In this role, Mr. Kasprzak is responsible for ISC’s overall distribution strategy and sales performance initiatives. He is also responsible for the further development of the sales team, cultivating business relationships, and implementing best-in-class sales practices and campaigns.
Prior to joining Inland, Mr. Kasprzak served as a managing director at Robert A. Stanger & Company, working with existing and new alternative investment fund sponsors on the formation of new offerings, as well as developing multi-channel distribution strategies. Mr. Kasprzak has held leadership positions with RAE LLC, Forum Real Estate Group, Benefit Street Partners and Broadstone Real Estate LLC, where he sat on the firm Executive Committee and was integral in raising significant capital, growing distribution channels and developing new products. His efforts at Broadstone led to the public listing of the triple-net lease REIT Broadstone Net Lease (NYSE: BNL) in 2020. Earlier in his career, he held positions with Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Inc. and Evergreen Investments, Inc., providing investment product sales to wirehouses, independent broker-dealers and independent advisors.
Mr. Kasprzak received his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.
Philip J. Graham, Jr. is the Executive Vice President of Strategic Relations for Inland Securities Corporation, the broker dealer for Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation and Inland Private Capital Corporation. Mr. Graham is responsible for promoting Inland and its investment solutions by maintaining, growing and deepening strategic relations throughout the financial services industry. He oversees the investment product selling team responsible for leading and maintaining the growth of Inland’s selling groups and industry relationships.
Mr. Graham brings over 30 years of experience to his position with Inland. Prior to joining Inland in January 2016, Mr. Graham served as the Senior Vice President and Director of National Accounts for Griffin Capital, where he was responsible for the strategic planning and selling agreement process for multiple products and product types. Prior to Griffin Capital, he was the Senior Vice President and Director of National Accounts within the Independent Broker-Dealer channel for Cole Real Estate Investments (Cole). At Cole, he led the national accounts function within the independent broker dealer channel, managed strategic business planning and measurement processes and played a key role in the listing of two REITs. During his career, he also held positions with Behringer Harvard, Evergreen Investments, the Boston Stock Exchange and Massachusetts Financial Services.
Mr. Graham received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sales and Marketing from Northeastern University in Boston. He holds Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses and is a Series 26 Registered Principal with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Amy Tucek is Chief Compliance Officer and Vice President of Inland Securities Corporation (ISC). In this role Ms. Tucek oversees ISC’s compliance program and team of professionals. Ms. Tucek joined ISC in 2005 as Compliance Manager, was promoted to Senior Compliance Manager, then named Chief Compliance Officer in 2023. Prior to joining Inland, Ms. Tucek served as a Compliance Officer for Van Kampen Investments, Inc., a division of Morgan Stanley, and prior to that, as a Manager in Compliance operations for Everen Securities, Inc. Ms. Tucek is registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) and holds Series 7, 24, 63, 65, and 79 securities licenses.
Jon Hoeg is Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager of Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation (Inland Investments). He is responsible for managing the strategic direction, investment performance, and business objectives of Inland Investments’ Private Funds structured as manufactured housing funds, multifamily, student housing and self-storage development funds, and Qualified Opportunity Zone funds.
With nearly three decades of real estate investmentexperience, Mr. Hoeg has been with Inland Investments for over nine years. Hehas played a key role in shaping fund strategy, guiding execution, and managingperformance of a wide array of investment structures throughout the InlandInvestments’ portfolio.
Prior to joining Inland, Mr. Hoeg held senior leadershiproles at McCaffery Interests, Ares Management (Wrightwood Capital), WatertonResidential and Deloitte. His career encompasses large scale real estatedevelopment, capital and fund raising, and comprehensive asset and portfoliomanagement across multiple real estate sectors.
Mr. Hoeg holds a Bachelor of Science in BusinessAdministration with concentration in Finance from the University of Florida.
Phil McAlister currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Research at Inland Real Estate Investment Corporation, where he conducts macroeconomic, submarket, and sector-specific research in support of the firm’s acquisition strategy, in addition to overseeing the underwriting and modeling of potential acquisitions. Mr. McAlister has played an important role in the company’s acquisition of over $8 billion in real estate, and had been instrumental in the company’s expansion into self-storage, hospitality, student housing, and senior housing. Mr. McAlister joined Inland in 2014, after several years in the commercial lending space. He holds a bachelor degree in finance and economics from Elmhurst University.
